“As a military family, we have boarded our dog, Sapper, at many different places and this was/is by far the best!!!  I wish there were more places like this around because they treat your pet as their own.  Not only is this the first place that, as a pet owner,  I dont feel nervous leaving her or worry about the care she’s receiving, but our dog loves it!  Sapper actually looks forward to her stays there and never wants to leave.  All the different activities she gets to participate in is like she gets a vacation too!  The employees also go above and beyond  to accommodate both the needs of your pet and yourself.  Sapper has separation anxiety and here she’s able to get that one-on-one attention other kennels dont give.  5 Points is truly more than a kennel.  It is a home away from home!”

“There are many outstanding things about Five Points Pet Resort, but I think what is most important to us is that it is a true home away from home for our dogs, Jojo and Titan.  Our dogs are an important part of our family and we take extra time to treat them well and care for them.  It is a true relief to know that they will receive the same level of attention and care when they stay at Five Points Pet Resort.  The entire staff is courteous and attentive.  They put us at ease and always make sure we know exactly how the dogs did during their visit.  There is no doubt that Jojo and Titan think that they too are going on vacation every time we bring them to Five Points.  The boarding area is well thought out, extremely clean and accommodating.  Many of the comforts of home such as a soft bed, air conditioning and even TV are available during the stay.  The goal is to make the animals feel like they are still in their home environment and Five Points exceeds all expectations.  It is worth noting that Five Points is an all inclusive type of facility.  The dogs are bathed and have their nails trimmed during their stay.  Being able to have everything taken care of in one location saves time and money.  Business travel, sporting events and vacation schedules require us to constantly be on the go.  There is no doubt Jojo and Titan will always stay with Candace and her staff at Five Points, and there is no doubt they will be well nourished and happy when we pick them up.”

“Left all three of my cats here when I went on vacation for a week.  Usually, my cats are somewhat traumatized and fat from inactivity when left at a kennel.  This time they were not!  They have huge condos that they stay in (my three stayed in one condo and it was plenty big enough for all three, but you can opt for separate condos for each if you want.)  They are let out for playtime to climb the cat tower in the middle of the room or look out the window.  There were behavior notes left on their condo, so I knew how they behaved and reacted every day while I was gone.  They were very relaxed when I brought them home, it was as if they got a vacation too!  Very clean place and the service was wonderful.  It might cost a little bit more than you’re use to, but trust me, your pets will thank you!”
