Our reservation forms are used to book accommodations for your pet. Please make sure you intend to board your pet at Five Points Pet Resort before completing the form. Please allow at least 24 hours for an email confirmation of your reservation. If you do not hear from us within 48 hours please call to confirm your reservation.

Deposit Policy

A deposit may be required for reservations made the first time by a new client. All clients making reservations over major holidays (Easter week, July Fourth week, Thanksgiving week, weeks of Christmas and New Years) or for the Pawsidential or Puphouse suite are required to prepay a deposit when making a reservation. Deposit amounts are as follows: $25 for each standard suite or cat condo reserved, $50 for each Luxury suite reserved, and $100 for either Pawsidential or Puphouse suites.

Please be aware that if a cancellation should occur, deposits are NOT refundable back to client BUT do remain as a credit on their resort account to use at another time for another boarding service.
